Important and rare bookcase in marquetry of rosewood in butterfly wing opening by two large doors discovering five removable shelves.
Our bookcase is enriched with a very beautiful original chased and gilded bronze decoration with a berain pattern on the contour of the doors and its plinth. It is provided with an overflowing cornice and rests on five feet of which two are rounded.
The furniture we present is in its original state and has not undergone any grafting on its veneer.
Furniture whose frame is in oak is of Parisian manufacture dating from the end of the Regency period and the very beginning of the Louis XV period, around 1725-1730, XVIIIth.
In very good condition, can be dismantled completely for transport.
