Armide, bust in bronze with two patinas gold and silver Shiny, signed RIMBEZ (Zacharie RIMBEZ) French sculptor active late nineteenth/early 20th century, having produced mainly Orientalist busts. Armide is a Muslim magician, a character from the epic poem "La Jérusalem Libérée", written in 1851 by LE TASSE. The mention Paris appears on the shoulder opposite to the signature. Very beautiful condition, much elegance, and presence of many symbolic details.
