Harlequin and Columbine
As collector's items and decorative objects, these beautiful “feux” are rare and perfectly preserved.
They date from the Louis XV period, between 1745 and 1749. They bear the hallmark inscribed with the crowned “C”, a tax paid on bronzes and copper during this period.
They are therefore authentic and not duplicated.
Appreciated by collectors, these bronzes will always retain their market value.
It's fair to say that the crowned “C” remains a precious landmark for enthusiasts of 18th-century Louis XV bronzes.
