Large and very decorative mirror in carved and gilded wood from the 18th century.
The frame is embellished with abundant decoration on a double molding mixing shells, acanthus leaves and flowers.
This rich decoration joins the pediment enhanced with an openwork shell and animated with an “exploded grenade” decoration.
Beautiful quality of sculpture full of elegance and nervousness.
