Large Regency mirror in gilded wood with glazing beads in a double frame of foliate baguettes. Rich ornamentation combining volutes, foliage, vines, acanthus leaves, flowers, and arabesques.
It is flanked by two birds with outstretched wings, while the scalloped pediment is topped with a delightful shell depicting a musician angel beneath a canopy of fabric.
This elegant, highly decorative and large mirror retains its original mercury glass.
