Carved and gilded wooden barometer from the Louis XVI period decorated on its damping with two small doves (symbol of love) placed on a quiver as well as a lictor's bundle and surrounded by a laurel wreath.
The molded dial of pearls and stripes of heart is oval in shape and is surrounded by a garland of knots and bay leaves.
