This small lady's desk of Louis XVI period, is made in a mahogany of very beautiful quality, it rests on four elegant turned and fluted feet, which end in a small bronze shoe and a caster. Its front opens with a drawer that reveals, in addition to a compartment for the inkwell and the dustpan, a leather tray sliding on the top of the drawer. Its grey Saint Anne marble top supports a reversible shelf, also called a stopper, which is covered with leather on one side and a green cloth on the other side. It offers many possibilities, desk or game table depending on whether the shelf is positioned on one side or the other, it will serve as a console or sideboard when the marble, surrounded by its bronze gallery, will be released from the tray. It will be perfect installed in a living room or in a bedroom, it can also find its place in an entrance.
