An exotic wood writing case of rectangular shape,
carved on all sides with floral motifs, decorated with "carving in low relief", covered with a black lacquer with gold
decoration on the frames of the panels, as well as nail heads in the form of daisies
It opens with a lid on the top and closes with a morillon and iron lock
The interior is lacquered in red-orange and contains a trap door
It also has two iron handles on the sides
