18th century gold candy box, goldsmith Mathieu Pionnier

Beautiful circular two-gold bonbonnière entirely chased with sinusoidal lines forming a mesh on a guilloché background of concentric circles and edged on all sides with a toothed frieze in yellow gold. This decoration is repeated on all sides.
Charge mark: interlaced AR, 1774-1780
Discharge mark: monkey's head, 1774-1780.
Hallmark: fermier general, JB Fouache, 1775-1781.
Letter date M crowned for 1775.
Master goldsmith: Pionnier Mathieu, received in 1768.
