Oval snuff box featuring yellow, and pink gold. The hinged lid is decorated with a central medallion featuring a trophy with a quiver with bow and arrow on a gold background amati symbols of Love. The medallion is framed with both a laurel friezes and a “barley grain” motif. The decoration of the side consists of four guilloche panels decorated with antique garlands. An interlacing frieze underlines the side. The base has a guilloché decoration. Work from the Louis XVI period.
