17th & 18th centuries Furniture and Statuary
This small display table, in walnut, rests on a curved base with ''crowbars'' adorned with acanthus foliage and topped with shells and fleurons typical of Lyon productions of the 18th century.
The belt is scalloped, decorated with shells and underlined by a small molding which continues its course along the feet.
The solid walnut top is also scalloped and molded all around.
This charming little table is ''all faces'' and can thus find its place in the middle of the room as well as on the wall.
