Cast iron statue representing a draped young woman wearing a crown of flowers in her right hand.
The statue is called Le Printemps, model by Mathurin Moreau, sculptor from Val d'Osne (1822-1912)
It rests on a large cast iron base with 4 sides richly decorated with acanthus leaves, animal heads, cornucopias and floral motifs.
The base measures 90 cm in height.
Very well made, this statue comes from the Parc Maupassant du Bois de Savary in Allonnes in Maine et Loire.
