The top drawer under the marble top opens to reveal a writing surface.
Perfect state of conservation. Original giltbronze.
Stamped twice under the brèche marble top and JME.
With two labels from the 1967 exhibition held at the Parke- Benet Galleries by the National Antique & Art Dealers Association of America and exhibited by Garrick C. Stephenson. Illustrated in the catalogue of the exhibition.
