Selection of furniture from the 16th to the 19th century
Resting on a symmetrical twisted frame.
Remarkable and abundant work of marquetry on the whole table, numerous inlays of bone.
The tray features floral, natural decorations, flower bouquets made of bone and birds' eyes.
The frame of the plate and the openwork spacer has an alternation of blackened wood and bone.
A drawer compartmented belt with subjects of branches and flowers, the large dimensions of this table and the drawer allow to use it fully as an office.
Signature under the table: "Blois 1881". As well as a name with very calligraphic letters.
Period late nineteenth, 1881.
