“Cupid’s Chariot”, a gilded bronze mantel clock with figures from the French Empire, on a marble base, after a model by Jean-Simon Deverberie (1724–1824). The image is a chariot pulled by two horses, Cupid as rider and with a fire-breathing dragon forming the rear part. This on a rectangular base decorated with figures in relief.
