Early 19th century Carved elm with faun heads Salon set

Rare carved salon set, early 19th century.

The set consists of six chairs and two armchairs featuring faun heads.
The chairs and armchairs have rounded backs with inlaid wood, resting on claw feet.
The two armchairs are distinguished by backs flanked by dog heads transitioning to boar heads at the seat, and armrests shaped like sea monsters with ram heads.

Overall in excellent condition.
Velvets in good condition.
