Gilded wood pare close mirror featuring a quadrangular mirror with two gilded wood “à la bérain” strips framing a central bevelled mirror via four gilded wood spandrels. The mirror itself is framed by a thin bevelled mirror strip with four gilded brass leaves at the corners. The mirror is topped by a wide pediment adorned with a central shell on a gilded wood hanger framed by two lateral shells on foliate scrolls.
Exceptional condition.
