Pair of Medici bronze vases

Rare large pair of ormolu and patinated bronze Medici vases from the first half of the 19th century. Decorated with Athenian women supporting garlands of flowers (one to be refixed and one missing) and resting on a Griotte red marble base mounted on an ormolu pedestal.
This pair of vases is similar to one by Thomire.
