Marquetry of different species: amaranth, lemon tree, boxwood, green tinted sycamore, burl walnut and holly.
Decorations of nets, rhombuses, reserves with the attributes of music, knotted ribbons, flowered ramifications and leafy spandrels.
Rich ornamentation of gilded bronzes: friezes of ovals, laurel leaves and rais-de-coeur, antique falls, laurel wreath, knotted ribbon and quiver, fleurons.
Stylized keyhole and key.
Chiseled lock signed : DIEHL, PARIS, 19 rue Michel le Comte.
Veined white marble top, oak frame.
