17th & 18th centuries Furniture and Statuary
Very beautiful cabinet in rosewood veneer, walnut, boxwood and ivory fillets representing country scenes with views of the countryside, characters, dog, hare, donkey, sheep, bird ...
It opens with eight drawers, including a large one in the center with an architectural decor reminiscent of a portico entrance adjoining two twisted and vegetated columns.
The sides are elegantly inlaid with geometric designs.
This charming piece of furniture rests on its original table, the top of which is also inlaid with geometric patterns and whose four legs are still turned into a "fût Renaissance" with a single column.
