Bowl in siliceous ceramic known as "Djoveyn" (Khorassan, Northern Iran near the Caspian Sea) with decoration in slight relief under the turquoise blue glaze, of a duck in the center among flowered scrolls dotted with dark blue. Wing decorated with stylized flowers and border with dark blue dots. Black streaks on the reverse.
Ilkhanid art, 14th century.
Diameter: 28,5 cm.
Restored: many pieces glued back together and two reconstituted.
