Beautiful Bergère in carved and molded beech, Parisian work from the Louis XV period by Jean Jacques Pothier, around 1760. Our chair is characterized by the elegance of its moldings, curves and counter curves, the liveliness of its sculpture. It is covered with a chartreuse yellow velvet. The horsehair and feather trim, made in the traditional way, is the work of an excellent upholsterer who has been able to reproduce, marry and accentuate just where needed the graceful curves of this comfort seat, to make it a perfect ambassador of the rococo style.
