A pair of athenian gardeners in carved and gilded wood with two round basin golds decorated with fluting . They rest on three feet with heads of beautiful trees decorated with foliage , animal hooves gathered by a small tray .
The basins contain the planters in painted metal and are covered with marble .
Italian work from the late eighteenth century .
