Selection of furniture from the 16th to the 19th century
Scriban commode with crossbow front in solid walnut.
It opens by a flap and by 3 drawers in the lower part.
The flap uncovers a box opening by a small door framed by two sheets, nine small drawers and several compartments.
The symmetrical interior particularly worked also presents several secrets including the locking of a trap and the concealment of a second. We also have 2 secret drawers.
Malta cross flap is inside the parquet floor.
The sides, uprights and drawers are ornamented with generous concave and convex moldings.
Two scroll feet at the front and straight at the back. (Feet entered in the back).
Provencal work of Louis XV period.
