Carved giltwood console table of Regence period

Rare and beautiful console in carved and gilded wood.

It rests on four cabriole legs carved with a shell, winding, with flowers and foliage in reserve above the hoof. Winding through the perforated center is decorated with a trophy (quiver and torch) on foliage. Two winged dragons stand out against a background engraved nets. The side rails are decorated with a shell flanked by foliage winding.
