The navette-shaped vase is decorated with a laurel leaf rosette, rows of pearls, chains and two scrolled handles featuring snakes.

The openwork ring with foliage scrolls and florets is topped by a lid
also chased with laurel leaves and a floral knob.
It rests on four bird's feet ending in acanthus leaves.
The whole is placed on an oval base mounted on four feet.
