Peinted in oil colours on wood and decorated with silver fire gilded and cloisonne enamel.
The design of the halos is finest Art Nouveau about 1900.
The silver maker is Grigorij Sbitnjew, founded his atelier 1893 near Moscow and was actif to the time of the russian revolution.
He counted 40 employees in his workshop with a volume of 100000 Rubles the year.
Those wedding icons were often presents for the russian upper class.
