Large Satsuma ceramic bowl decorated with an elegant millefiori motif that combines chrysanthemums, wisteria, peonies, irises, azaleas and hydrangeas.
On the outer rim, the floral motif continues with rich detail and a three-dimensional effect thanks to the relief work. The upper edge is finished with a pure gold line, and the base is decorated with a gold ring that gives an imposing touch. Double Kinkozan signature, both impressed on the ceramic and painted in gold.
Period: Meiji late 19th century.

Condition: Excellent general condition. There is some wear of the gilding along the edges and a professional restoration on the upper edge.
