18th C Louis XV writing commode (chest of drawers) comprising 2 drawers and a flap that opens onto 6 small drawers on stepped shelves . It rests on 4 curved feet ending in doe hooves. The fronts of drawers are in the shape of “arbalète” (crossbow). Pulling rings, decorated with birds, and keyholes are in gilded bronze.
