Charming Italian ''prie-Dieu'' or Oratory in walnut and ash burl from the 17th century.
It opens with a single upper drawer and a door, both paneled in burl ash veneer.
Note the pretty decoration of the facade flanked by Renaissance-inspired caryatid uprights.
The lifting kneeler has a gadrooned edge and rests on lion's paw claw feet.
