Rare writing case in rosewood veneer and gilt bronze from the Louis XIV period.
Travelling model, with a remarkable interior of rosewood veneer, cherry wood, ebony, green stained bone, forming a geometrical decoration of lozenges and star.
The spandrels and the central medallion are in gilded bronze (and not in embossed brass) decorated with an eagle and pampers (power and abundance)
A small drawer opens laterally with possibility of blocking.
It rests on its small feet
