A large Louis XVI mahogany console table with a drawer in the front and two drawers in the corner with knobs hidden under the row of drawers in the waist. The drawers are surmounted by a white marble top surrounded by a finely openworked gilt bronze gallery; bronzes found in fine rows of pearls lined with water leaf friezes framing the drawer fronts, laurel bundle falls wrapped around the corners of the furniture and, as drawer handles, acanthus scallops festooned with garlands of trimmings.
