This exceptional pair of six-light sconces consists of a winged Victory in an acBy its exceptional quality and the uniqueness of this model we could attribute it to Claude Galle (1759, 1815).anthus sheath and with hair adorned with stars carrying two torches.
The four arms support binets deeply chiselled with foliage and a frieze of diamonds.
In the lower part, a bulb of acanthus leaves surrounded by flowers in scrolls extends the sheath.
The rich carving work is embellished by a shiny and dull ground gold.
Excellent original condition, beautiful molded gold, no lack or damage.
