Large curved chest of drawers on two levels, composed of an oak frame, inlaid with lattice work on a diamond point background in violet and satinwood. The sides are completed by a large cartouche also inlaid with braces and diamond points on a background of frieze in X. It opens with three drawers on two rows and rests on four curved feet with six sides, the field of the foot being also with braces. It is decorated with important gilded and chiseled bronzes in the form of lion's paw, in the apron representing a bearded man framed with acanthus and marine monsters, in the fixed handles composed of acanthus leaves, in the keyhole forming a mascaron and an architectural element composed of shells and volutes, in the falls decorated with crosses, flowers and shells. It is surmounted by a marble called "Belgian Royal Red".
