Semainier at support height from the Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI period, curved front. It opens with seven drawers in five rows, four of which are halves. The decoration in rosewood veneer inlaid with “butterfly wings” composes symmetrical sets defined by kingwood frames. The canted uprights ending in gilded bronze shoes rest on a wide fretted crosspiece slightly projecting. Original Frandres Royal red marble top.

Pierre Denizot was received Master in 1740.
He mainly produced Louis XV or Transition furniture, some decorated with inlays with rigorously drawn geometric patterns and carefully chosen veneer.
