The panel is in moulded-pressed glass and the cords between the sails are wheel-engraved.
Original lighting base in nickel-plated metal.

The same model was offered to the English sovereigns King George VI and Queen Elizabeth by the City of Paris on the occasion of their official visit in 1938.
It is a historic and extremely rare piece.
It is also a technical feat in design.
The glass panel is 47 cm high and 62 cm long.
