A rectangular architect's table in mahogany and mahogany veneer, called "table à la Tronchin". The top, lined with leather, activated by a rack mechanism, rises and unfolds to form a desk which is itself removable and tiltable at will.
It opens with a compartmentalized belt drawer lined with a writing desk in gilded green leather with small irons and two side zippers trimmed with leather.
It rests on 4 sheath feet adorned with projecting pilasters, ending in gilded bronze shoes. The belt is adorned on the tops of the feet with finely chiseled and gilded bronze plates.
