Beautiful pair of large pewter candlesticks with a round base.
The barrels are turned baluster. At the top, a large cup accommodates the pike.
These candlesticks bear witness to the desire we had in the 17th century to get as close as possible to silverware models; which led to the manufacture of very beautiful pewter objects.
