Terrine "en baroc" in Strasbourg earthenware with rocaille handles, and its display stand. Polychrome decoration on the display of fine flowers from the engraving of Jean Baptiste Monnoyer around 1670-1680. Large pink combs on the edges and yellow net. The body is decorated with shells, combs and gadroons in relief. The heel is enamelled green. The lid is decorated with three butterflies and large pink combs.
Marked PH in blue under the display, period of Paul hannong. 18th century, circa 1754-1762.
Length of the bowl : 40 cm ; Height of the bowl : 20 cm.
Length of the dish : 38 cm ; Width of the dish : 32,5 cm.
Crack at 1 o'clock on the resumed display stand and reattached lid grip; visible cracking on the body.
