Lucien Charles Edouard ALLIOT was born in Paris (1877/1967) a pupil of Barrias and Jules Coutant, he participated in the Salon des Artists Français from 1896, receiving numerous awards including a gold medal in 1920, he was appointed a member of the jury from 1934 to 1939, most of his work well inscribed in the Art Deco movement was produced between the two wars
