A late 18th French portable brass Capucine. The enamel dial with Roman numerals. Finely cut gilded brass hands. Eight-day movement with simplified Maltese cross winding stops on barrel, anchor recoil escapement with silk suspension.
Alarm system set by the circular index at the center of the dial, and wound by pulling the string on the left side.
