The artist intricately sculpted the white vein of the agate to bring the delicate profile to life. This young woman in bust has hair up and girded with a floral diadem. She wears an ornament including earrings and a pearl necklace. She is dressed in a vaporous tunic in the Antique style. The cameo is set in a gold decorated with half pearl and gold scrolls.
