Fountain in porcelain of China Famille Verte

Wall fountain of ribbed baluster form in Chinese porcelain, with polychrome decoration of the Famille Verte, birds and flowers between two medallion friezes of butterflies or Föhang on a background of lattice work or geometrical motifs, the upper part decorated with two dragons facing each other below a scallop, a mask of fabulous animal form spout.

CHINA. Kangxi period (1662-1722). 18th century.

Conservation : shell glued back, chip and lack of enamel at the base.
