Rare solid walnut prie-Dieu cabinet, molded, carved and inlaid on all sides with stylized flowers. The lower part features detached, tapered and finely carved columns, and opens with a casement door lined with an upholstered surface onto an inlaid niche. The oratory features a curved panel decorated with inlaid stars and flowers. Original keyhole and key, fabrics replaced by our upholsterer. A superb example of Catalan modernism, attributed to Gaspar Homar in Barcelona.
