Venetian corner furniture, first third of the 17th century

A very rare piece of furniture forming a corner, carved and gilded on the sides with flowering vases in light relief in the Raphaelesque style. The front opens to a curved door painted with a landscape with a figure and his mount pulling a cart near a ruined castle in the mountains with a viaduct. The feet are lion heads. Original leaf gilding.
