Joseph Feurstein (1733 - 1809) received Master on April 29, 1767
This Bavarian cabinetmaker, originally from Tyrol, established himself on rue Saint-Antoine, but his activity came to an end at the start of the French Revolution. He produced carefully crafted Louis XV to Louis XVI furniture in veneer, marquetry and mahogany. Mahogany is mainly used for Louis XVI furniture, with rigorous lines but no dryness.
