Neoclassical alabaster vase with a footed pedestal, decorated with a frieze of gilt bronze pearls, resting on a base made of Egyptian porphyry.
Its simple and pure form are reminiscent of the productions of the Roman workshops of the late 18th century, with Luigi Valadier being the most renowned artist of this period.
Some chips on the lid, scratches on the alabaster.
