PAINTER
Neapolitan sculptor, born in Naples in 1838.
He did his sculpture studies privately, and today; is located at the head of a Sculpture Establishment in which the Pompeian works of all the excavations carried out are reproduced.
For many of the main foreign museums he has reproduced a large quantity of the main masterpieces found in our galleries and art galleries, and among these we mention "The Apollo del Belvedere"; “The Knife Grinder of Florence”; “The Faun who plays the timbales to Mercury” which are today in Copenhagen, “A boxer” which is in London and for which he received the second honorary diploma, “Mercury at rest” which is in Paris, and many other works which they have earned him honors and letters of encouragement from many museum directors and illustrious people.
