Maurice Louis Monnot, born in Paris on October 22, 1869 and died in Gournay-sur-Marne on November 4, 1937, was a French painter.
A pupil of Joseph Bail, Maurice Louis Monnot exhibited at the Salon des artistes français from 1906 and at the Salon des indépendants from 1913.
A painter of still lifes and rustic interiors, he was famous for his copper effects, which won him numerous prizes in Paris and the provinces.
