Louis XVI sloping desk in solid mahogany, Bordeaux

Solid Cuban mahogany sloping desk, opening with three drawers on two rows and a flap revealing an interior fitted with 12 small drawers, 2 compartments and three secrets.
The uprights and legs are fluted and the lower crosspieces are also fluted, typical of Louis XVI Bordeaux furniture.
The drawer fronts and sides are decorated with raised panels.
Period brass pull rings and rosettes, later locks.
Quality port work (Bordeaux), Louis XVI period.
Very good condition, conservation restorations carried out, waxed finish.
